1. Business information
ARVÉ is a product of HelixFjord and is operated from Bankey Bihari Dham, 100FT Road, Dayalbagh, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282005, India.
2. Customer eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to make a purchase. A customer below 18 years of age may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, restricting unauthorised access to your device, and promptly notifying ARVÉ of suspected unauthorised activity.
ARVÉ may suspend an account where fraud, abuse, unauthorised access or a violation of these terms is reasonably suspected.
4. Product information
ARVÉ makes reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, colours, measurements, materials, specifications, availability and images accurately.
Colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Natural materials may have minor variations, measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances, and packaging may change without affecting the product. These variations are not defects unless the product is materially different from its description.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly indicated. Delivery, COD or other applicable charges will be shown before an order is submitted.
ARVÉ may correct a genuine pricing, typographical or system error. If an error affects an order, the customer will be informed and may proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
6. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after ARVÉ confirms it and, for an online payment, successfully verifies payment.
ARVÉ may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, a catalogue or pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect delivery information, legal restrictions or an event outside reasonable control. Any collected payment for a cancelled order will be refunded using the applicable payment method.
7. Payments
Available methods may include Razorpay, UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. Online orders are confirmed only after payment verification. COD orders remain subject to collection at delivery unless converted to prepaid payment.
ARVÉ does not store complete card or banking credentials. Payments may be handled by authorised third-party providers under their respective terms and privacy practices.
8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimates depend on the address, inventory, logistics provider and serviceability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Delays may occur because of weather, transport disruption, public restrictions, an incomplete address, customer unavailability, force majeure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Customers must provide an accurate address and remain available to receive the order.
9. Address changes and cancellation
Customers cannot directly modify a delivery address or cancel an order after it has been placed. Contact ARVÉ immediately if assistance is required. We may attempt to help where operationally possible, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins.
This does not affect a cancellation or remedy required under applicable law.
10. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, inspections and refunds are governed by the ARVÉ Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Products will not ordinarily be accepted when the return period has expired, the product has been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged, tags or hygiene seals have been removed, or the product was clearly identified as non-returnable.
These restrictions do not exclude remedies required for defective, incorrect, counterfeit or materially misdescribed goods.
11. Reviews and customer content
Reviews must be honest, relevant and based on genuine experience. Content must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, fraudulent or disclose another person's confidential information.
By submitting a review, image or other content, you grant ARVÉ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it to operate and promote the platform, subject to applicable privacy law.
12. Intellectual property
All ARVÉ trademarks, logos, photographs, product designs, text, graphics, layouts, software and other website content are owned by or licensed to ARVÉ. 15. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the ARVÉ Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection requirements. Review that policy to understand how information is collected, used, stored and shared.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARVÉ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use or delayed availability.
